All prices are listed in U.S. dollars unless otherwise stated. By completing a purchase, you authorize Avionary Flight to charge your selected payment method for the full transaction amount, including any applicable taxes or fees.

Avionary Flight offers primarily digital educational products and services. Access or delivery is provided electronically after successful payment.

All sales are final. Due to the digital nature of our products, Avionary Flight does not offer refunds, returns, exchanges, or credits for any reason, including accidental purchases, unused content, dissatisfaction, or subscription renewals.

Unauthorized chargebacks or payment disputes may result in suspension or termination of access. Avionary Flight reserves the right to dispute chargebacks with supporting documentation.

Avionary Flight operates as a sole proprietorship under the registered DBA Avionary Flight in the State of North Dakota.

Avionary Flight reserves the right to convert to a limited liability company or other legal entity in the future, at which point these Terms may be assigned to the successor entity without notice.

  • Accuracy or completeness

  • Fitness for a particular purpose

  • Checkride success or outcomes

  • Avionary Flight makes no guarantees of results or approval.

7. No Refunds — All Sales Final

All purchases made through Avionary Flight are final.

Avionary Flight maintains a strict no-refund, no-exchange, and no-chargeback policy, including but not limited to:

  • Digital downloads

  • PDFs and lesson plans

  • Online courses

  • Subscriptions

  • Educational resources

By completing a purchase, you expressly waive any right to refunds, reversals, disputes, or chargebacks, regardless of use or access.
